Reading an email you want to keep? Press one button in Gmail and it becomes a page in your Notion database: the subject as the title, the message text as the body, and the attachments uploaded into the page itself.
Most Gmail-to-Notion tools were written before Notion’s API could upload files at all. They either drop attachments or paste a link that later expires. Mailtuck puts the file in the page, so the thing you actually needed is still there next year.
Mailtuck reads only the message you have open, using Google’s narrow contextual permission. It has no access to the rest of your mailbox, your Drive, your contacts or your calendar — those permissions are absent from the add-on, so it cannot use them even if asked. Your Notion token is kept per user inside Google’s own add-on storage. We run no server that could hold it.
On Notion’s free plan each file must be under 5 MB; larger files are named in the page with the reason instead of being dropped.
Saving emails and attachments is free, and stays free. Pro is for the part that takes the typing out of it: filling your database’s own columns.
If your database has Due, Amount, Company and Status, Pro reads the email and fills those columns — not a fixed set of fields we chose, but the ones you actually built. The page then lists what was filled, because a value worth having is a value worth checking.

Pro uses your Anthropic API key, which you paste into the add-on once. The key and the email go straight from your mailbox to Anthropic. They do not pass through any server of ours — we do not have one that could hold them — and the usage is billed to your Anthropic account at their prices, not marked up by us. Reading a typical email costs a fraction of a cent.
You can switch the filling off at any time and keep using everything else.
Mailtuck’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Workspace user data obtained through Mailtuck is never used, transferred or sold to develop, train or improve any generalised or foundational machine learning or artificial intelligence model. The column filling above asks an existing model a question on your behalf, under your own account, at the moment you press Save. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
It will not read the rest of your mailbox. Saving whole threads or bulk-importing an inbox would need permission to read every message you have, so we left those features out on purpose rather than ask for that.
It will not invent a column. Anything the model returns that is not already a property on your database is discarded, as is a value that does not fit the column’s type. The email subject always stays the page title.
